How the plans work
Plans and active properties
- All currently available features are included in every plan. Plans differ only by the number of active properties included.
- A property counts only while it is active in Alojivo. Inactive properties do not count toward your plan.
- Each additional active property costs €5 per month.
- If the next plan would cost you less, we will recommend it to you. Plans never change automatically.
- There is no limit on manager or employee users during the beta.
- More than 30 active properties: custom pricing.
Billing, changes and cancellation
- Billing is monthly.
- Business pricing shown excludes VAT. Consumer pricing, including applicable VAT, will be provided before contracting based on the customer’s country of residence.
- Founding-customer prices are locked for your first 12 paid months.
- Upgrades take effect immediately.
- Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
Evaluation, onboarding and support
- A guided 30-day evaluation is available after a demo. No payment card is required.
- Environment setup and one guided onboarding session are included.
- Data migration, custom configuration and additional training are quoted separately.
- Email support is available on Spanish business days. There is no guaranteed response time (SLA) during the beta.

- Tasks generated from bookings with reusable task templates
- The mobile-first employee web app, in English and Spanish
- Task assignment and status, including overdue, blocked and unassigned work
- Properties, bookings and the central booking calendar
- Operational, occupancy and recorded booking income reports
- Booking-welcome and feedback-request guest emails, when configured
- Environment setup and one guided onboarding session
- Email support on Spanish business days
Current automated guest communications cover booking-welcome and feedback-request emails.
Not included
- Automatic channel connectivity (not available in the current beta).
- SMS, WhatsApp and other paid third-party services.
- Bulk marketing email.
- Accounting, payouts, commissions, taxes and expense management.
